California provides FREE energy efficiency services to help reduce your monthly energy bills. The Low-Income Weatherization Program (LIWP) provides no-cost energy efficiency upgrades and/or solar PV systems to eligible farm worker households. Funded by the State of California, this program aims to help families save energy and lower greenhouse gas emissions. By reducing energy costs and enhancing the livability of homes , the program significantly benefits the farm worker households.
